Technology should make life and business easier, not more complicated.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and a master's degree in Computer Science. My professional background spans software engineering, technical leadership, systems, e-commerce, and education. I've spent years building applications, improving processes, solving complex problems, and helping others feel more confident with technology.

But Novus was never meant to be defined only by technical skills. It was built around relationships, trust, and the belief that every business deserves solutions designed around how it actually operates.

Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of three. We're a homeschool family, and one of our children is on the autism spectrum.

That journey has shaped me in ways that extend far beyond our home. It has taught me patience, empathy, persistence, and how important it is to listen before trying to solve a problem. Those lessons influence the way I lead and the way we work with every Novus client.

My faith is also central to who I am. It reminds me to work with integrity, treat people well, keep my word, and approach every opportunity as a chance to serve, not simply complete another project.

Novus is powered by a small and mighty team of trusted professionals. I lead the strategy and remain closely involved, while our team brings together the skills and experience needed to move each project forward. We value clear communication, thoughtful work, and taking personal responsibility for the solutions we deliver.
