  3. Design and build

    You see progress along the way, not just at the end.

    Look at work in progress on a private preview link and tell us what you think.

    Design and build in stages, and adjust based on your feedback.

  4. Review and testing

    Checked carefully before anyone else sees it.

    Give the finished work a final look and approve it.
    We
    Test on phones and computers, check speed and accessibility, and fix what we find.

  5. Launch

    A smooth switch, with no surprises.

    We
    Handle the technical details of going live, including making sure old links still lead to the right place.

  6. Ongoing support

    We are still here after launch.

Common questions

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. We explain everything in plain English, and we never assume you know the jargon. If something is unclear, ask. That is part of the job.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Yes. Sometimes the best answer is to improve what you have, and sometimes it is to start fresh. We will tell you honestly which makes more sense.

Do you only work with businesses in Central Florida?

No. We are based in Oviedo, Florida, and work with businesses in other parts of the country too. Most of the process works just as well by phone and video.

What happens after launch?

We stay involved. Whether that is ongoing maintenance, small updates or planning the next project, you will not be left on your own.
